Join us for an incredible culinary experience to celebrate Matariki in the Bay of Islands. An all-star cast of Maori master chefs including the Hangi Master, Rewi Spraggon, Grant Kitchen, Rex Morgan and Tama Salive (The Duke of Marlborough) will present a menu indigenous to Aotearoa.
This evening of fine dining featuring the best of modern Maori cuisine, entertainment, and culture will be a night to remember and includes a Canape Reception from 5.30pm followed by a 4-course meal, designed and prepared especially for Puanga Matariki by our master chefs who will each introduce their dish.
Each course will be matched with a superb Northland or Maori-produced wine and introduced by one of Aotearoa’s Master Sommeliers.
