TIKI TAANE: PUANGA MATARIKI CONCERT

Legendary New Zealand musician, Tiki Taane, performs an exclusive Far North show as part of the Matariki Pewhairangi celebrations on Saturday 25 June at the Village Green, Paihia!

Known originally as the frontman for Salmonella Dub, Tiki is perhaps better known now as one of the most acclaimed solo musicians in the country with hits such as Always on My Mind and Serendipity plus the more recent Finding My Way Home with old band-mates, Salmonella Dub.

His other accolades as an award-winning audio engineer and producer have gained him boundless respect within the NZ and overseas music industries.

Tiki brings his incredible one-man show to our festival this June and the concert is a highlight of our Te Tau Hou Maori: Puanga Matariki Celebrations.

With events all over the Bay of Islands and wider Far North region, including a busy weekend of activity and family fun in Russell, Paihia and Waitangi from Friday 24 – Sunday 26 June, Northland is the place to be this Matariki.
